3. Cancellations

• - You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your pickup time without any charge.
• - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup or no-shows may not be accepted for future bookings.

4. Delays and Waiting Time

• - We monitor flight arrivals and allow 60 minutes of free waiting time at the airport after landing.
• - Additional waiting time may be charged.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• - Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• - Keep your phone available for driver contact.
• - You are responsible for your personal belongings during the trip.

6. Children and Safety

• - Children must be accompanied by an adult.
